- Having lost over 175 pounds myself, I can empathize with these people. I understand the psycological aspect of being overweight, trying to lose weight, and trying to control what seems to be "biological" forces.

- I always have a smile on my face when I go to work; it is my nature. However, the division of the company I work for does not utilize my strengths nor will they allow me to grow within this are of the organization. I am looking within the company but in a different division.
